Founding partners, Carlos A. Bonilla, principal architect, and Irma Torregroza studied architecture in Colombia, and classical architecture in Italy. They bring over 40 years of combined experience in the production of a variety of projects, including more than 400 custom high-end residential projects completed in South Florida area. The firm has designed projects in the most prestigious local communities like Palm Beach Island, Jupiter Island, Lost Tree Village, Jonhathan's Landing, Medalist Club, Jupiter Hills, The Bear's Club, Jupiter Intracoastal and Loxahatchee River, Loxahatchee club, and Equestrian Estates in Wellington.

Carlos A. Bonilla is a member of The American Institute of Architects AIA., National Architectural Registration Board NCARB and Institute of Classical Architecture. He currently serves as a member on the Jupiter Historical Resource Board.
