Carlos was exposed to Architectural design from an early age as his late father was an Architect and Builder, designing and building important residential and institutional projects in Colombia. After graduation, Carlos started working with his father on the construction side of the company, where he gained a wealth of experience with materials, construction management and a deep understanding of structural design.

After moving to Florida in 1999, he worked for residential design firms creating many outstanding projects in Palm Beach, Jupiter Island and several high-end residential communities. His artistic talent combined with his expertise and knowledge of construction are the key to his successful design solutions.

He served on the Jupiter Historic Preservation board for 3 years and he volunteers for Habitat for humanity. He is also a member of the Institute of Classical Architecture and American Institute of Architects.

On his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, painting watercolors and hiking.
